Deadlines and Costs

This is pointed at a new producer we're trying to work with... We submitted our bid within the insane deadline you requested... We have given you a very fair price... We are committed to purchasing some very expensive equipment to do your job, without any guarantee that you will ever use us again, leaving us with the equipment, and no assurance of payoff...

We have committed to that...

What have you done for us?...

Well you're jerking us around in terms of telling us if we are the winning bid... You have asked us to cut 25% from our asking price... (not happening incidentally)
You are delaying any decision, or commitment to us, which will make it that much harder for us to get the equipment we need in any kind of timely manor, and costing more in shipping...
